Delete Your Account & Data

You can delete your Superdm account and the data we hold about you at any time. This page explains what gets deleted, how to request it, and how long it takes.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

1. Sign in at superdm.cc and open your Dashboard.
2. Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner to open the profile menu.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm. Your account, connected Instagram tokens, and configured flows will be removed immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, send us an email from the address associated with your Superdm account:

• To: dhirajkadam.official@gmail.com
• Subject: Delete my Superdm account
• Body: include the email address used to sign up and (if known) the Instagram username(s) connected to your account.

We will verify the request and process it within 7 business days.

Option 3 — Revoke from Instagram / Facebook

You can also remove Superdm's access to your Instagram account directly from Meta:

1. Open Meta Accounts Center → Apps and websites.
2. Find Superdm in the list of active apps.
3. Click Remove.

Revoking access from Meta invalidates the access token we hold. We will then purge associated tokens and Instagram-derived data within 30 days as part of our regular cleanup.

What gets deleted

• Your Superdm account profile (email, name, password hash).
• All Instagram access tokens, user IDs, and usernames we stored for you.
• All reply flows, triggers, and message templates you created.
• Any cached media metadata fetched from Instagram on your behalf.

What we may retain

We may retain a limited record of the deletion event itself (e.g., timestamp and anonymised account identifier) for security, fraud-prevention, and legal compliance purposes. We may also retain information that has been aggregated or anonymised so it can no longer be associated with you.

How long it takes

In-app deletion is immediate. Email-based requests are processed within 7 business days. Backups are rotated and fully purged within 30 days.
